  • Purchase a single or multiple, mortgage-free. developed residential property with a combined worth of SAR 4 million or more. 
  • Begin the process by paying at least SAR 1 million or 10% of the property’s value, whichever is higher instead of paying the full value initially.
  • Complete the remaining payment within a span of 5 years and transfer full ownership.

The applicants must ensure that the property is properly registered through authorised means. The new regulations enable 100% digital application, complete ownership rights and transparency.

Mandatory property requirements

There are several compulsory requirements that the property has to meet to qualify as a premium residency in Saudi Arabia. Here are them:

  • Be a developed residential property within approved geographic zones that are Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah
